About us
Having grown up with my father in the home fragrance industry, I truly have lived and breathed home fragrance my whole life. My fathers has a business in the fragrance industry for the past 27 years, supplying well known high street retailers with home fragrance products, which I have been lucky enough to have been a part of since I left school! One day I decided I wanted to use the market knowledge and resources that I had to hand, to create a luxury, simplistic but really competitive home fragrance range.
I wanted a name that was personal to me and with my father’s middle name being James (and it being a name that goes back in my family to my great grandfather), it seemed the perfect fit- especially as my father taught me everything I know about home fragrance … “James and Co Fragrance” was born! We are based in the heart of Dorset set in the beautiful countryside, so this is why I wanted to incorporate Dorset onto the label. I hope you love the collection as much as I do!

Tiffany
Meet Tiffany, Tiffany created James & Co Fragrance!
She is still very much involved in all areas of it, from seeing your orders, to product development/ designs, to even photographing some of the products! Tiffany has enjoyed over a 12-year career in home fragrance, working very closely for her father on retailer’s home fragrance accounts and designs.
Tiffany had a dream to use the home fragrance knowledge she had, to create her own brand, and James & Co Fragrance was born!
We asked Tiffany what her favorite James & Co product is and why and this is what she said: “ Most definitely the No.1 White 100ml Reed Diffuser, it was one of the first products I created, it is our best seller, and the product is exactly what I wanted the brand to stand for. It is simple and classy, it is affordable and the fragrance is a subtle fragrance so is fitting in most rooms!”
Ellie
Ellie has been working with Tiffany for the past 7 years on retailers accounts developing the designs, she really knows what is trending in home fragrance!
Ellie designed our signature 1-15 core range labels and also heads up the website and is keeping it fresh, as well as designing all the email campaigns/promotions. Each week when you log onto our website, we promise you will see something new.
We asked Ellie what her favorite James & Co product is and why and this is what she said: “My favorite product is definitely our No. 5 Green reed diffusers. I remember selecting this fragrance in our initial meetings when we launched the first 5 100ml diffusers! It is so fresh & uplifting, the cotton flower & orange blossom blend works perfectly within any room!”
Sophie
Meet Sophie. Sophie assists Ellie with product design and development. Sophie has recently designed our brand new non-spill diffuser packaging as well as our 200ml refill and room spray labels which are launching soon in - watch this space!
We asked Sophie what her favorite James & Co product is and why and this is what she said: “My favorite product has to be the Cashmere and Musk diffuser from the new midnight collection, this collection was the first in which I designed since working at James & Co, I love the three fragrances we chose and I really think the diffusers have a simple yet luxurious look!”
Mia
Meet Mia, the newest member of the team!
Mia has recently taken over all customer services and is the friendly face to greet you when you visit the shop at our Sturminster site, as well as processing all online orders to ensure your products are packed and dispatched on time for you to receive the next day!
We asked Mia what her favorite James & Co product is and why and this is what she said: ““My favorite James & Co product is No.15 Sea Salt 100ml. This fragrance really stood out to me when I first smelt all the fragrances! I love how fresh and summery this fragrance is, the notes of Lemon, sea salt and white flower complement each other perfectly!””
