Tiffany created James and co with a vision of creating a simplistic, luxurious brand but at a fraction of the price of other luxury home fragrance products. Tiffany created James and co after working for S&N after leaving school and worked alongside her father. After learning all about home fragrance over the years, and learning the world of marketing, she decided to put her skills to hand and create her very own home fragrance brand. The name James and co, comes from her fathers second name “James”, This name has a special meaning to her and therefore she thought it was the perfect fit!
James and Co are based in the heart of the countryside, in Dorset… yes, we do pass tractors on our way to work! We are set in the little town of Sturminster Newton which is situated on a low limestone ridge in a meander of the river stour. Why not pop in and grab a little gift for yourself and then grab a coffee in one of the local coffee shops. We are always so happy to see our customers face to face and to give them the best advice we can!

We use beautiful grey fibre reeds which are the best quality you can find. Paired with gorgeous natural oils at higher levels of fragrance, your home will be smelling fresh for weeks on end! We also offer the luxury of ordering free fragrance tester strips that are delivered to your door the very next day, this means you can literally try before you buy. We offer refills in all our fragrances that come with a new set of reeds, this means that you can re-use your diffuser glass repeatedly, meaning your product is sustainable and reusable!
Every month we choose a fragrance that we feel best suits the feel of that month. All of our fragrances of the month are 25% off, meaning you can grab the perfect diffuser at a discounted price! On top of that, we also offer bundles consistently throughout the year that are hand selected by us to suit the time of the year, all gift bundles are at a discounted price, so you are getting more for your money!
